Chickens: Food or Foul Family Friends?

September 27th, 2014 | Posted by Anita in Uncategorized - (Comments Off on Chickens: Food or Foul Family Friends?)

On October 2 meet a plucky flock of back yard chickens!

Urban hen keeping is a growing trend across North America as people find more value in knowing where their food came from.  These chickens each produce one egg every day; that’s a lot of quiche!  In exchange, they are given wholesome food, room to roam and all the grubs they could ask for.

Plus they are oh so cute!
